This is a very good hotel if you are planning a tourist stay in the NYC area on a budget. The hotel offers around-the-clock shuttle service to the Newark Airport. From the airport you can either take the Coach USA/Liberty Express private coach to Manhattan for $25 round trip with drop-offs/pickups in NYC until 1AM or take public transportation via NJ Transit (take the hotel shuttle to airport and go to bus station 7 to NJ Penn Station, ride bus to NJ Penn Station, then take PATH Train to World Trade Center($4) or NY Penn Station ($15). Either way, it takes about an hour from the hotel door to standing on the street in Manhattan.
The staff is very helpful. Our return flight was canceled and we were bumped to a flight 4 hours later than expected. The hotel kindly extended our check out by 2 hours and offered to store our bags until our flight came.
