We had a very enjoyable time. Our stay was short, but very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice and clean.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn and Suites Madison West.

It has a good price, is easy to find, and a great value. They offer good accommodations.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I liked the extra pillows and the cookies we received on our entry.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn and Suites Madison West.

The location was good, it was convenient to shopping and sports. The staff was very kind, and helped with replacements for forgotten toothpaste and combs. The complementary breakfast had lots of choices and helped everyone to get off to a good start each day.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was friendly and courteous. They offered suggestions for shopping and eating that were convenient. They willingly offered to help replace forgotten toiletry items.

I am very likely to return to the Fairfield Inn and Suites Madison West.
