Our stay was exceptional. The manager was more than helpful when we had a problem parking a car with a trailer that we had never done before. Staying with a grandmother, young mom, and three grandchildren he went out of his way to make sure that our late check-in was totally taken care of. We appreciated the personal care that he took so much. Also they had a wonderfully comfortable room and bed.

Fairfield Inn and Suites Berea was very quiet, which is what we wanted after spending 14 hours on the road. We had a quiet night to get much needed sleep before an early checkout to finish our long trip north.
