55 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Hotel has been renovated and has huge flat screen LCD TVs with HiDef. Breakfast was more than I needed and the Front Desk was one of the best I have seen in my 35 years of travel. Location is great to where I needed to be on business. Stayed there last year and Wow what an improvement. A+++

Staeyd there after the Elton John concert at the Sprint Center. Nice place, lots of nice little extras (cookies, coffee, tea, etc), good breakfast, maybe the room was a little more expensive than it should have been, but that's just my opinion. Most ...
39 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room was in poor shape, although it was clean. My complaint about the broken furniture and the poor facilities was completely dismissed by the company. I will not stay in any Fairfield Inn hotel, or any other hotel owned by the Marriot chain, they have permanently lost my business.
I am not likely
to return to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Olathe.
I would not recommend it to friends.
