Horrible
The Hotel was not what we expected. The rooms smelled very stale and had a odor to them that we could not tolerate. We were not able to stay and had to find lodging elsewhere.

30 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Upon check in I was not greeted in a friendly manner. The receptionist charged my card two times accidentally and when I found out and I asked about it she was rude and short with me. This ruined my whole experience with the hotel and I will not be staying there again. In fact I made my reservations for my next trip already with a totally different hotel and chain.
I am not likely
to return to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Gatlinburg North.
I would not recommend it to friends.
