Front desk staff seem untrained and hesitant. Ask them for upgrades and they are clueless for Platinum members. I would recommend to check Hilton affiliates first in this area.

We had asked for connecting rooms with two queen beds in each. We were told there was an availability, but when we got there the rooms were given were not what we asked for. We ended up in rooms that did not connect.
