Excellent
The place was a little hard to find but it was worth the couple extra drives around the block. I have never been in a cleaner, friendlier hotel in my life. The beds were even comfortable.

We stayed on a Wednesday and Thursday night and was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were not huge, but were nice and clean. Hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent.

My family enjoyed staying here. It’s in a great location for doing all the fun Chicago things like the navy pier, museums, shopping, etc. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
This is a great place! The staff is very friendly. I arrived before check-in time and was given a room right away. The room was very clean and comfortable. Their free breakfast was wonderful! Can't beat the location - just a few blocks off...

60 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was very clean and secure. My wife liked the fact that the bedspread was the type that was washable after each occupant and not reused. We had a minisuite as our son went with us. I thought $242 was a little steep with city taxes. Parking was $23 for self park with no in and out. $36 for valet parking with in and out priviledges. We walked to restaurants and Michigan Ave. Easy walk to Ohio St. Beach.
