The Fairfield Inn at 959 Reinli Street has NO Security in the parking lot, no cameras and no parking lot attendent. The weekend I was there, 10Oct09 - 12Oct09, 12-cars were broken into, including my brand new van. The front desk was not surprised nor were the police as the neighborhood is bad. The La Quinta Inn across the street has many security cameras but the manager of the Fairfield Inn told me security cameras give guests a false sense of security. I was shocked and very upset. Do not stay at this hotel or in this neighborhood. Stay a few miles away in a better part of town or ask the front desk if they now have security.

We had reservations elsewhere, but upon arrival saw it was dirty. We came to Fairfield Inn and the front desk offered us $* off the price of the room. The room was clean, but for the money it could have been a little plusher. There was only a duvet...

I have used Fairfield Inns for a good many years. Marriott is always the same and do the things that I think count. Customer service is number one in my book; they do their best.
