I found the room with dirty ashtrays and the bed and room was not what I'm use to for a Wingate. The desk cleck was very nice which was a plus. I cancelled the reservation for the 2nd night.

Staying at this motel made our visit, on this particular occasion, a lot more comfortable and convenient.
When our air conditioner leaked water onto the carpet, the staff was quick to respond and offered us a different room. They were very concerned that we be comfortable.

Mediocre
The rooms are in need of renovations, maintenance issues should be resolved. Tony the night desk clerk was extremely rude and unwilling to help us when we asked for a downstairs room. Very disappointed and appalled at the level of service here.
