A nice clean room, no smoking facility so it smelled fresh everywhere. The pool & hot tub were clean and we had a great time playing there with the kids. We did have a minor issue with our key cards on the second day, but the staff was helpful...

54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The Fairfield Inn in Amarillo was a friendly place to stay. The staff was helpful and made you feel welcome. The hotel is in need of an update of its colors, but color is not the major factor in where I stay. I travel a lot and want to feel welcomed by the staff. Hotels are my home away from home, traveling is lonely. It is nice to stay in a hotel where they make you feel you are a part of the family. More hotels should use this concept instead of being so stiff! Way to go Fairfield, I will be back.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean. I love the atmosphere of the lobby and breakfast room. It had a warm welcome feeling upon arrival. I highly recommend this hotel for our stay in Amarillo.
