Our family and friends reserved 10+ rooms for a wedding. There was a mix-up in the number of rooms reserved. The general manager was not well-versed in customer service and stubbornly refused to consider that maybe it was their staff that caused the error, not the customer. It’s too bad, as I've always had a very good experience with other Fairfield Inns across the country. It’s probably an OK place to stay, but don't expect the general manager to be accommodating to any reservation problems.

I think this hotel has a lot to be desired. The staff lacks in the customer service field. The general manger is one of the most unhelpful general manager's I've ever met. I stayed at this hotel probably five years ago and I loved it. You can tell they've had a change in management. The rooms are nice, but why stay somewhere if the first person you met gives you a bad impression.
