I didn't know anything about Fairfield Inn before my stay, and I didn't expect it to be more than an okay room. I thought it was quite pleasant and overall the accommodations exceeded my expectations.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was very nice and polite, consistent with most of the people I encountered in the Richmond area.

It had a very friendly staff and was very clean. It was quiet, very comfortable, and peaceful.
This hotel made me feel comfortable: It was a warm friendly setting. The bedding and furniture was enjoyable. The room was nice and warm.
