fairly nice rooms at a decent price. what really impressed me though, was the service. particularly adam the front desk clerk he single handedly provided us with a level of service i wouldn't even expect from a five star hotel. he map quested directions for us made dinner recommendations and even went as far as to make the reservations himself.not to mention making arrangements for transportation to and from the hotel. when we had problems with our toilet he was the one to fix it, and did so in a timely fashion. also the hot tub was a little cold when we first arrived. i let him know and within 10 minutes he had found the problem and corrected it. all in all a great experience was had by all.
Staff was wonderful!!!! Beds are the most comfortable ever. Close to everything. My kids loved the pool because it was not too deep.We will definately be...

I didn't feel like the Fairfield Inn Minneapolis-Burnsville was worth what we paid for it. It was pretty much standard and we did have some problems with minor things like the in room movies.
