I thought it was cool to have a pool inside of the hotel but in a seperate room. The lobby was always cleaned up after. I liked how there was internet service in the lobby. The hotel has great service and very nice workers. I would return to this hotel again if I ever visited Missouri again. This hotel has been very relaxing for me.

It was in an excellent location, central to a lot of tourist sites and things we wanted to do. The workers were very friendly and helpful.
They were at the check-in counter as soon as we walked in the door. They were interested in why we came to town but not too nosy. They offered suggestions of places to see and things to do.
I am very likely
to return to the Fairfield Inn Kansas City Downtown/Union Hill.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Staff was very helpful. Had a late checkout & wasn't an issue. Room was well kept, nice, & clean. Internet worked great. Much better than you normally get for this amount of $.

The indoor pool and spa are well kept, with towels available after use. The rooms are large, clean, and neat with a separate bath and toilet room. The TV, iron, and hair dryer are all good quality.
They have very nice breakfast accommodations from 6 am - 9 am in the dining area, coffee, regular and decaf are available 24 hours, all inclusive.
