51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were so pleased with our stay that we have decided to return in July for another week. The service and the friendliness were outstanding and the bed was as comfortable as at home.
The front desk staff remembered our names and they checked to make sure that we were comfortable. We needed an extra bed for our son and they found one, even though the demand for one was high. We stayed during a hurricane further south and the staff took great care of the many displaced tourists. We were visiting our son who is stationed in Jacksonville with the Navy and we were impressed with the care provided to the many guests fleeing the storm.
I am very likely
to return to the Fairfield Inn Jacksonville Orange Park.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

After reserving a roll away bed 3 mo. in advance, the hotel did not have any available when we arrived. My child slept on the floor. Receptionist told us that they do not reserve roll aways for guests even if they reserve them in advance. We were...
