Good
We stayed here for 3 nights to see the Jonas Brothers concert and enjoy Hersey Park. The commute to/from the park wasn't too bad (about 15 minutes) and the room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was a nice extra, saving us money and time in the AM....

Convenience to shopping/dining/highway.Front desk staff refusing to accommodate my family & me and incorrectly quoting policies. Front desk staff refused to give me room with two double beds for me, my wife & two daughters even though they said one...
Close to Hershey.Staff not accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable (although crowded). Rooms don't block noise very well. No view. The pool was too crowded for us to use and the breakfast room was a crowded mess no matter what...

The children loved the pool.Somewhat crammed sink/closet area. Nice airy atmosphere, wonderful accommodations for a family. We stayed in a large room with 2 double beds and a complimentary crib for our infant. The bathroom sink area was a bit small...
