Ok. I never write reviews, but I had to after staying here. Galinburg is an older town. Therefore, it was hard to find a hotel that was nicely updated. This hotel was great. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are spacious and super clean. ...

While this hotel does not appear extremely attractive on the outside, we found the location and room itself to be just about perfect for a weekend getaway in Gatlinburg. Rooms are clean, spacious, and all have balconies overlooking the water. ...

Good
Really happy with the room-very spacious. The fireplace was very cozy, especially since it snowed while we were there. The location was nice, within walking distance of downtown shops but still peaceful and serene by the water.

Stayed at this hotel the last two years. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone, and I consider myself a very picky person. It was very clean and newly updated. The location is perfect! It is not too far away from the strip, but far enough to...
Older motel style (outdoor room access) but everything was clean. Rooms needed a little updating (furniture seemed newer) but the gas fireplace was perfect after getting caught in the rain. Also, the view off the balcony of the stream was so...

The staff at this hotel was the worst I have ever seen ! From the time we walked in the door till the time we left. I arrived to check in the hotel walked in to find the desk clerk on a cell phone and did not even say hi... waited about 5 minutes and she finally hung up the phone. checked in and went up to the room and was very dissapointed. smelly, and muggy sticky feeling. called the front desk , got no answer, and went back to the front desk again the clerk was on the phone waited and told her the problem and she asked if i was sure i had the ac on the right way. i went back to the unit and we left for a while to go get some food. We came back and the room was still hot , and I called. she refused to move us and we asked for a manager and she said he was on vacation.
