Horrible
Checked in but did not stay. I have stayed at a lot of Fairfield Inns and this was more like a Bad Motel 6. The room was small and had very old and worn furniture. There was no closet and the ironing board was handging on the door. It had...

Excellent
We went there to see my son come in to Ft. Bragg from Afghanistan. All the staff in the hotel were wonderful. They always had a greeting for us and a smile. After all the families coming and going, I sure it was stressful for them. From the desk ...
69 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
Very difficult to find even with a GPS, enclosed inside perimeter of the mall enclosed with a chain link fence. Three efforts failed to find it went to another Marriott and were given directions to enter the mall and find the Starbucks. Very noisy in our room which faced Skibo Blvd...ask for a room facing the mall. We were certain a window was open but the sliders were just not able to close and full of silicone sealant.....there was much noise inside as well with the rooms all night banging the doors (thought they were rented by the hour). The continental breakfast was OK...the staff was Ok also....we did feel that we overpaid similar to some airlines where everyone else is on a rate that you are not on and are paying their way. Would not stay there again. Appeared to be an old Best western or Ramada that was completed in the renovations. Room was tight even though we paid extra for a larger room.

Horrible
Encountered large roaches at this property. Hotel manager advised this is normal for this area in summer. I advised manager that a good pest control company could resolve the problem. Management appeared unconcerned.

It was a very clean hotel - a priority for me, though asked for a N/S rm but still smelled it in the bathroom late @night from the vent, but very close to everything. Price-wise - a litte too high, very standard, however, can't ever pay too much for ...
