Mediocre
We had a room reserved for Feb 14th (which was also our anniversary). The staff at the front desk was very pleasant, but it ended there. The room was NOT clean. The bathroom counter was obviously not washed, a bath towel had hair all over it and...

Excellent
Hotel was GREAT, Very friendly staff,The room was great clean and smelled clean. I will be returning to this hoel. The staff made me feel welcome. The mall is across the street and was so nice the staff was helpful on places to go and things to do.
The rooms were clean and fresh with their newly remodeled rooms. Breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. It was close to the Mall. It had easy access to the highway.
