I left a dress behind after a weekend at this hotel. I called immediately and was given the run-around. After three days of no one calling me back I finally spoke with someone who said that no dresses were turned in, and that there was nothing they can do. They didn't offer any compensation whatsoever. I can't believe that the staff would actually steal clothing that is left behind.

The hotel is very clean but I could never recommend friends or strangers stay unless they promise to lock all their belongings in the safe every-time they exit their room. We entered the hotel with two laptops and had one stolen between when we left the hotel and returned 2 hours later. The staff did a card key check and only 2 keys had been used mine and housekeeping. The police investigated until housekeepers acquired lawyers, The insurance company stands behind the "Innkeepers Law" its about safes and protecting your own possessions in them. Customer support stands farther behind the ordeal. I replaced the stolen laptop and paid for our stay, 1299 laptop and 270 for the stay and one lesson to pass onto my children, family and friends.
Today September 26 I got a call from the hotel and they are going to refund the money I paid to stay there. This is something since up until this point they refused to compensate in any way. Now if they find the laptop I will be a happy camper.

Where shall I begin? First, they had spelled our name wrong in the computer which delayed check-in. We were allowed to check-in though prior to 3 pm which was great.
When we arrived at the room there was no shampoo as you would normally expect. In the bathroom there was evidence of mold growth which an attempt had been made to clean up. Yes, there is a free breakfast but the room is not large enough to accommodate all the guests so get there early or be satisfied to standing.
I can sleep on the hard ground if necessary, but my girlfriend said the bed was very uncomfortable. The room was a good size. Yes, the free wireless is great. On the last day we had no hot water for taking a shower. The staff was very courteous and friendly. We had read about there being kitchenettes on-line prior to our arrival, there are none.
Conclusion: This place is not worth the price, it is definitely not a 3.5 star accommodation, 2 maybe. One of the reasons we chose it was that it was close to my son's place but then again so would have been the hotel next door, the Residence Inn.

Okay
We reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn last year when we had our wedding reception at Auletto's. The price was good, $89/night plus tax. It's not a fancy hotel but it was certainly adequate and all of our guest had a positive experience...
