The room smelt musty and it was not very clean. I found other people's hair on the floor of the bathroom and in the sink and the tub. The tile in the bathroom was chipped.
I am somewhat likely

Excellent
We stay here a couple of times every year on our way to visit family. The staff is always courteous & helpful. The breakfast is always great w/ waffles and anything else you could want. It is a great basic hotel and would definitely recommend.

Okay
Everything was pretty much OK, except the beds were way too soft. Most uncomfortable night I can recall in a hotel. I was told the beds were fairly new, so not much likelihood of change.

This hotel had a great location close to all shopping, and since I was traveling with my husband, it was within walking distance, which is important to me. The pool area inside was a little run down, not as clean as some others. The toilet in our room had been overlooked by the staff and it was still dirty. The staff was very nice and overall the cleanliness was good.
