Besides uncontrolled insects, staff just wasn't proactive in providing a solution. Simple task of just moving me to another room (hotel was not full) was not completed within 12 hours, which included 3 broken promises. Staff does not care. ...

It was fine except I didn't think the vending machines were stocked very well and the room service menu had nothing special, just normal foods like a burger and fries. Everything else was great, it was quiet and soothing.
