The pullout bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. With the prices they charge, we expected more.
This hotel made me feel respected: They knew who we were and what we wanted to do while we were there.

This hotel made me feel entertained: A good personal resort - there were fun things to do in the lobby. For instance, with the film they were showing they made popcorn and had a wine and cheese party one evening.

Don't like constant sales pitch. I did, however, enjoy the special activities. Most people are very nice. The reservations department and hotel desk need to have more accurate info.

I prefer Fairfield Resorts, because they make you feel important and appreciate your business
This hotel made me feel respected: They had a employee unload my car and take all my bags to my room. They unloaded our cart and were also very helpful with my grandchildren and family. They made arrangements for me, so that I could be comfortable.
