I thought this was a very convenient location, away from all the hustle and bustle, but easy enough to get to it all. We took the shuttle, took the cabs and even walked around while there. I stayed at another timeshare much further from the strip, and wished I could be back at the Grand Desert. It was very clean, and very luxurious looking, and our room was great. Thanks for helping my first Vegas visit so good!

We really enjoy this place. It's located just off the main part of the strip, by the Bellagio, Paris, MGM, Caesar's, New York, Monte Carlo, and more. And it's only a half block away from the monorail.

The location was convenient to the Strip but not so close that we felt like we were on the Strip. It was open and airy. The complimentary breakfast was just average. The food was sufficient, but if you are on vacation and want a great breakfast, go pay for one somewhere else.

The location of the hotel was not too far from the Strip. Also, there was a local club that was a convenient walk. If we needed some last minute or forgotten items, Walgreen's was right across the street.

The Fairfield Las Vegas Grand Desert Resort was a nice place a little away from the strip. It was great to have shuttles run to the strip, downtown and a grocery store so you could have a pleasant stay even without a car.
