The room was very clean, the bed and chairs were comfortable. The most impressive thing was the sevice. We were assisted with finding a room for the following night in another city after Expedia told us that the no-smoking room that we had reserved was not available. She searched it out on her computer then called other motels for us and we ended up with a room, right near where the cancelled room was. Also very helpful with finding resturants and calling to see when they were open and offered to make reservations for us.
In if only we could have stayed longer ...

Excellent
This was our first trip to Provincetown and what a delight it was to arrive after a long weekend of back to back meetings to this beautiful and relaxing B&B. The Fairbanks Inn is ideally located in center of town near all that Provincetown has to...
A real nice place to stay for the price.

I have stayed in many hotels over last five years. This hotel was reasonably priced, the rooms were very large and gave the feeling of being in your own living rooom. The private balcony, heated pool and other great features, makes this hotel the best deal in all of New England states.

We stayed for 2 nights with our pet, the rooms were quite large and comfortable.
The grounds were spacious and our little dog had ample room to run around. Best of all, their coffee ready at all times, even 5 in the morning, and great tasting.
This place was great!! I stayed here in April with my husband and we both enjoyed it very much. The girls at the desk gave great suggestions for dinner (try Elements if you're ever in the area!!) and were very helpful in general. Room was clean and...
43 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I came here on business, and was really just looking for a place to rest my head, but found much more! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The woman at the front desk was friendly, and accommodating. Even though I did come into town on business, I felt as if I were on a vacation! The inn has a peaceful atmosphere, with a little river running through their back lawn, which helped me to achieve a good nights sleep! They also have a 24 hour coffee station located in the lobby. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family who is looking for great service, and value.
The rooms were spotless and HUGE, we especially enjoyed the private balconies. The staff was very friendly and more than willing to help us with all of our...
