We hate to boast....but we have The Location that can't be beat. Located in the heart of Newport's historic waterfront, just footsteps from all the finest restaurants and shops. Located just off Thames Street,yet tucked away just enough to offer a tanquil setting in the garden, by the pond. Views of Newport Harbor, and the diningrooms overlook St.Mary's Church, where JFK married in 1953. Our lovely Victorians from 1870 and 1880 will offer you all charm and hospitality of yesteryear. Beautifully appointed and decorated, with attention to detail. Yet all rooms offer privacy, newer baths, cable TV and air conditioning. A full breakfast and on site parking is included.

The Fair Street Guest House is in a great location and has wonderful and clean rooms. It is very welcoming and the breakfast is awesome. Would recommend it to anyone traveling to Newport.

Nice clean rooms and the breakfasts were fantastic. Our only drawback is that it was a little to noiesy at night since you are off the main strip but...
