Even though we didn't use it due to time limitation, having a microwave oven in the room is desirable.Bed was on the soft side and a little lumpy. The staff's clothing at the registration desk could be little more professional.

Horrible
Nothing was terrible.Service was extremely bad, they are liars. The night staff were useless and rude, did not let me into hotel even with a reservation. A terrible experience all together.
32 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I was disappointed because the toilet in my room didn't flush and there was not a repair person available to fix it. They had no other rooms to offer me a move to. The price and service were acceptable.
I was able to get away from my family and have some quiet time with comfortable furniture and a nice ambiance in my room.

to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe San Jose - Airport.

The room was clean and spacious.The staff did not answer the telephone to help with directions. They were unfriendly at check-in. I like hotels like this. This one had a lot of space and was comfortable and clean.
