I was disappointed because the toilet in my room didn't flush and there was not a repair person available to fix it. They had no other rooms to offer me a move to. The price and service were acceptable.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: I was able to get away from my family and have some quiet time with comfortable furniture and a nice ambiance in my room.

I am very likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe San Jose.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

We did not get the room that we reserved and we had to insist to get our room.

I am not likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe San Jose.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The staff is excellent; on par or better than that of any other chain I have been to.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The desk staff is always friendly and greets everyone upon entry.

I am very likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe San Jose.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
