58 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The reservations were incorrect on arrival. The heat did not work in the room. The clock had no battery. The outside door slammed constantly. There were no hangers in the room and the wi-fi internet connection was slow, almost unusable.

I am not likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe Rio Rancho.
I would not recommend it to friends.

While working for PSAV it was a nice experience.

This hotel made me feel inspired: I felt refreshed to go to work after a night there.

I am very likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe Rio Rancho.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel is in a convenient location. It's quiet.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe Rio Rancho.

The bathroom fixtures leaked and toilet flush valve leaked. I was working nights while staying here, they did not attempt to have it fixed until I checked out.

I am not likely to return to the Extended Stay Deluxe Rio Rancho.
I would not recommend it to friends.
