39 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for business
It was nice to have a kitchen, but the rest of the room reminded me more of a Motel 6 than anything deluxe. The room was small, and housekeeping services were only provided once a week. The bathroom was poorly lit. Also, during my stay there, a water-softening system was installed, but there were difficulties with the installation, leaving me, and the entire facility, without hot water for two days. I found that unacceptable.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The front desk clerk was very accommodating, getting me a room at the last minute.
