The rooms are clean, it is quiet. And the front of the house staff are very friendly and willing to help you any way they can. I had problems with thier room...

The room was neat and included a small kitchenet. It would have been tight with another person though. Overall I was happy with my stay and would stay there again. Location is across from airport. Easy walk to transit system if not renting car.

40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The room was dirty. The hotel was under construction and we were not told that when we booked the room. The beds were terrible. The hotel had lots of traffic all night long. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
If you're looking for a place that will remind you that you're in Alaska, this isn't the hotel for you. It is located directly across the street from the Juneau airport and can be seen from the terminal. Walks around the hotel are not...
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and would recommend it to anyone. The room was very clean, lots of amenities come standard and the belgium waffles are fabulous to wake up to. I would stay there again without hesitation.
