ExtendedStayDeluxe IND-NW-I465 is a contemporary extended stay hotel with a residential feel. It is a beautifully landscaped property with nicely appointed oversized suites, secure interior corridors, on site laundry, fitness room and vending. Our well-appointed guest suites include fully equipped kitchens, coffee makers, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers and spacious living areas. Additional features included a heated outdoor swimming pool basketball court and High Speed Internet access. A complimentary continental breakfast is available each morning. Minutes from shopping, a variety of restaurants, and bus parking (walking distance to Pyramids). Pets Allowed:One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted. Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Loved the place! The room was spacious, clean and comfy. It was easy to work in one room while the others watched a movie on the dvd player. It was close to a grocery store, a diverse selection of food and a bank. My only issue was with the dishes...

It was a comfortable room and had a nice size kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, stove, and microwave. They had a poor continental breakfast but an okay laundry room.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. My previous stay at the other Indianapolis Extended Stay Deluxe was terrible. If I had to rate it the results would have been completely the opposite.

Housekeeping is so poor, one should not stay here. Since I paid for a month's stay, I was left with soiled bedding for three weeks. Vacuuming was rarely done in my room, bath linens were not left...so, I had to go to the front desk to ask for...
