The staff is very friendly and hospitable. Although, they are slow at the front desk with helping you - it took me about 5 minutes to get towels from them...they kept answering the phone or talking to a co-worker. They are very nice though.

The rooms aren't too clean for my taste. The toilet had pink around the edges, where the water had sat. The sink had black gunk all around the faucet, which I ended up cleaning. When they cleaned my room the first time (we are here a total of 3 weeks), they didn't change my sheets.

Not too many restaurants nearby and no where nice to walk if you are here for awhile.

It was a good place to stay, convenient to the airport. Having a kitchen as part of the room saves money on food expenses.

The staff is friendly and tries to assist. They have trouble getting the Showtime TV signal for some reason though they keep putting out the guidebook each month. The high-speed internet isn't. The breakfast bar is adequate but nothing about which to get excited. The bath hot water is great, really hot when needed. Despite a multi-lane road just outside and the airport nearby, the room is surprisingly quiet. For an extended business stay this one is pretty good.

This hotel made me feel practical: With a thirty-day plus stay, the rate is greatly reduced and taxes are not incurred. The in-room facilities permit cooking simple meals and the full-size refrigerator is useful.

It's a nice hotel for the money.
