I stayed here for a week waiting for my new place to become ready. All I was looking for was cheap and clean.....this was neither. I was verbally quoted a low weekly rate but made the stupid mistake of not confirming with the written rate. I was charged more than double of what was quoted.

The room had an awful odor. I opened the windows and went to a nearby store for room and carpet deodorizer and a couple of candles. Removed the comforter from the bed because the smell was so bad.

Price vs Quality --- this is by far the worst hotel stay I've ever had and I travelled about 80% of the time with my last job.

Extended Stay America employees were helpful and friendly at the front desk. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well suited to business travel. The long term stay was very enjoyable.
