Stayed in another SuitesPlus in Austin. It was great. This location was in the process of being renovated, but there was a lack of attention to cleanliness (room dirty, stuff in hall, fixtures in exercise room) that should have been increased...
Would not stay even for free!!!!!!!!!

Horrible
I recently stayed at this hotel for a week while waiting to move into my new place. The a/c was awful - did not work, and the repairman said he changed it out (water all over the carpet), however, it worked even worse than the first one. Thank...

Mediocre
The service was ok but the rooms were not cleaned properly as when we got there, there were still wet glass rings on the dresser and popcorn and other various things on the floor by the bed. The room also was musty and the hotel hallways in general ...
