Formerly Wellesley Inn and Suites Austin Northwest. On or about November 6, 2004 this hotel will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. ESA Austin-NW-Research Park is nestled in a beautiful wooded alcove in northwest Austin. A courtyard pool provides an ideal place to escape from home, and each studio boasts a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living and sleeping area. Large work areas complete with direct dial phones with voice mail and dataport lines make our rooms ideal for the business traveler.High speed Internet in all of our rooms plus wireless. Our hotel has an outdoor heated pool. A workout facility consisting of all cardiovascular machines such as Stair Master, Tread Mill and Exercise bike. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. Free Breakfast, HBO.Staff, Noise, TV & AC did not function properly. Staff too busy making copies to wait on customers. They just stormed off but I yelled Excuse Me is anyone there. TV Remotes did not work, new batteries did not help. Toilet did not ...

We liked the kitchen, refrigerator, nice size room.The trash being left outside the door. Smells and stains the carpet. It's OK to not clean the room daily, but I think the trash/garbage needs to be picked up daily.

Large room, clean kitchen, exercise room, continental breakfast.Dirty carpet, small exercise room, needs some weight machines. Much better than the dumpy Extended stay I recently stayed in, in Ft. Lauderdale.
