Formerly Wellesley Inn and Suites Austin Northwest. On or about November 6, 2004 this hotel will officially become an Extended Stay America Hotel. ESA Austin-NW-Research Park is nestled in a beautiful wooded alcove in northwest Austin. A courtyard pool provides an ideal place to escape from home, and each studio boasts a fully equipped kitchen as well as a spacious living and sleeping area. Large work areas complete with direct dial phones with voice mail and dataport lines make our rooms ideal for the business traveler.High speed Internet in all of our rooms plus wireless. Our hotel has an outdoor heated pool. A workout facility consisting of all cardiovascular machines such as Stair Master, Tread Mill and Exercise bike. High speed Internet in all of our rooms plus wireless. In addition, we offer complimentary continental breakfast for our guests, each morning. Pets Allowed:One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service.
