Formerly Wellesley Inn & Suites Atlanta /Alpharetta on or about November 3, 2004,this property will officially become an Extended Stay American Hotel. We have suites and studios with fully equipped kitchens, complimentary continental breakfast, free local calls, outdoor pool, High Speed Internet Access (wireless and Ethernet,)fitness center, and laundry facilities. We are convienently located near major corporate offices with shopping and restaurants nearby. One pet is allowed per guest room. A 25.00 USD per day non refundable cleaning fee (not to exceed 75.00 USD) will be charged the first night of your stay. Pets must never be left unattended. The pet owner will be responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Guide dogs are always accepted.Housekeeping: 7 nights or more - housekeeping services are provided on a twice-weekly basis. Refresh service (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) is provided on the 3rd night and full service (includes changing of bed linens and vacuuming of room) on the 5th or 6th night. This cycle continues to repeat itself, as the guest says longer. 4-6 nights - One refresh service is provided (replenish towels, empty trash, make bed with existing linens, replenish amenities) on the 3rd or 4th night. 1-3 nights - No service. Linens available at Front Desk. *Additional housekeeping services are always available for a nominal fee. Pet policy- only one pet allowed in room. 28 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I had a reservation for 3 nights. Somehow they never got me into the computer system even after I checked in. So when I left the first day they went in and threw away my shampoo, etc. When I woke up the next morning and realized they threw my stuff away, I called down to the front-desk to ask if they had some complimentary that I could use and they said no. I had to walk across the street to a gas-station. Before I left for that day I explained what happened and they said it was a computer problem and they would fix it. But it happened AGAIN the next day! They threw away my stuff again! On top of that, the room smelled, the remote didn't work, and at one point they checked someone else into my room and didn't change the locks. I heard another guest complaining that their door wouldn't even lock. Absolutely horrible hotel (I would have checked out early but everything else was booked). Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

* The room stinks with cigarette and dog smell. I requested a transfer, but was told I will have to wait until a couple of days.
* No cleaning when you request on weekends.
* Personnel does not know what is going on, was told I should not have been put on that room. Ask to speak to a manager and was told that I had to wait until Monday.
Come Monday, I just gave up and checked-out and move somewhere else.
