33 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We were given our first room that looked like it had not been cleaned for months. We complained & got a second room. The second room had the smoke detector hanging from the ceiling & damaged flooring. The rug was seperated from the floor & caused my wife to get cut on the tack strip between the "kitchen area" and sleeping area. Complained again & got a third "non-smoking" room, was just stinky & dirty. Complained in the morning to the manager & was told there was nothing he could do. Complained to Priceline & was able to get our money back. There is an Extended Stay America across the street that is much nicer. Stay away from this one, it seems they do not have a cleaning or maintenance staff.
