Best thing about this hotel is where it is located. Brentwood is an upscale suburb of Nashville. Very highend housing market. Was supprised to find an affordable hotel in this city. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Very convenient to...
When we arrived, the room wasn't even ready. The front desk agent told us to go get something to eat and then come back. When we got to our room, we saw 2 twin sized beds and a crappy kitchen. The toilet didn't work. The maintenance guy came and said that it was because of the cold weather. For the rest of the night we had to take off the back part of the tank and flush it manually. The beds were very hard and came with one pillow each. We didn't get any sleep because you can hear EVERYTHING. The cleaning people started cleaning the room next to us at 6am and every 2 seconds the door would bang. I had ear plugs on and I still couldn't sleep!! The next day we complained and luckily they did credit us for the night if we went to the Vanderbilt Extended Stay. We went there and it was very nice. I suggest staying at that one even though it is a little more expensive. If you can't afford it, you might as well go to Super 8 because the Brentwood Extended Stay is just like a motel.

Quite pleasantly surprised. The rooms we stayed in had apparently just been redone-new carpet, paint, bedspreads, etc. Was very clean and an amazing value for the price. Would stay there again.
