The staff was friendly and helpful with any and all questions I had, much more helpful than at other hotels. The facility was very clean. I never saw a single insect or critter the entire time I was there.
This hotel made me feel Respected: The staff looked me in the eyes when they spoke with me. They answered my questions correctly. They actually seemed like they cared about my being a guest there.
