49 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
With confirmation code in hand and a three hour wait in the lobby, we ended up with a room with only one bed and had to sleep on the floor. Horrible service, hotel in horrible condition and we will never go there again. There were approx. 25 people in the lobby for 3 hours because they had overbooked.
I am
not likely
to return to the Extended Stay America.
I
would not recommend it to
friends.
