36 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for business

Management should get friendlier staff and remove the smell in the hotel in Woodland Hills.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Woodland Hills.
I would not recommend it to friends.

58 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

I booked on the internet at $76.99 per night. When we got there, they had price list at the desk: the rate was $71. 99 per night. I made a comment to the person at the desk about the price difference and they said they would charge me the lower rate.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Woodland Hills.
I might recommend it to friends.
