Extended StayAmerica Waukesha Hotel - Page 1

We have stayed at this motel for at least a week at a time for several years. Its location is perfect for us, but we've learned to request a room on a lower floor away from the interstate. The staff is friendly, but you must understand that you only get cleaning service once a week, and linens twice a week. This is the only motel where we've had to pay for wireless internet service, but the ~$5 price is for the entire stay, no matter how long. Our biggest complaint is the huge price increase this year; up >$30/night! It's still inexpensive for the area, especially since it includes a kitchenette, which we use a lot to hold food costs down. We'll check alternatives more closely next year.

The price was great for the busy time that we were there...but thats it. The directions from the hotel to get there were terrible, to find the little street sign on the side road. Then we found blood and feces on the sheets when we went to bed. The manager was nice and comp the room...but then the room was not cleaned when it was suppose to. Guess you really have to do things for yourself there. On last thing didnt realize when it was booked that it was next to the freeway.

Extended StayAmerica was a very nice hotel.
