Extended StayAmerica Valencia Hotel - Page 1

i got the room online so i thought it was a deal, my nephew and i went up for the weekend. well to my surprise this was a bad deal , the room was sooo bad, smelled of cigarettes and body odor. the bed was soo uncomfortable. the comforter had some kind of red stains on it. the water didn't work, when we called the front desk, they didn't seem shocked. we asked for another room and were told that they were booked. the lobby was filthy. we left the very next morning and decided to stay at the embassy suites!! save your money or stay in your car!!

It was too pricey for the quality of the hotel.

It was comfortable, clean and close to Six Flags Magic Mountain.

This hotel made me feel practical: It was inexpensive, and clean.

This hotel was dirty. There was trash that was smelling on weekends. There were roaches in some rooms. I didn't like the poor staff communications. The beds in the room were broken and the mattresses were soiled. I found a bottle of urine under our bed, which had not been cleaned.
