Extended StayAmerica Union City Hotel - Page 1

My first experience with Extended Stay America occured in Union City. The first thing I noticed was that the kitchen floor had not been swept because there was loose dirt on my feet when I stepped onto a towel on the bathroom floor. This led to my second complaint while I was showering I noticed dark hair (mine is light brown)all over the shower which meant that it also had not been cleaned.

When I complained I was offered a new room, however it was late and the sheets looked clean so I didn't take them up on it.

I liked the friendliness of the front desk staff and the ease in which they checked me in. It was easy to find and easy to find parking. Restaurants were within walking distance as well as a mall.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They did not make me feel like I was bothering them.
