Upon checking in to the hotel, we were given a room key. When we went up to the room, the room was dirty. Someone had checked out and the room had never been cleaned before it was assigned to us. The hotel switched our room, but they did apologize for this error.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica Secaucus.
I would not recommend it to friends.
