The staff was very nice but the hotel was very dirty. The room was not very clean and the halls and elevator had trash and debris strewn about. Additionally, I was overcharged and it was rather difficult to get this resolved although ultimately it was resolved by the district manager who was very responsive.

I am not likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica San Diego.
I would not recommend it to friends.

We have stayed at Extended Stays before and I love the convenience of the kitchens and laundry etc. This was an exceptionally good deal and felt very comfortable and welcomed there.

I am very likely to return to the Extended StayAmerica San Diego.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was ok. They didn't clean the room like they said. We had to ask for more towels.
