47 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
The CO2 detector started beeping during the middle of the night (low battery). I could not get the night clerk to fix it. It beeped all night (every 3 seconds). I had to fix it myself after getting the battery from the front desk the next day.

They provide a clean environment and a hospitable attitude.
This hotel made me feel welcome: They recognized us upon arriving, and remembered our name. It was a warm welcome.

49 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
I had a problem with the maid or other hotel staff member leaving the window open while we were out. When we returned to our room about 10:00 p.m. The room was freezing and we had to switch rooms in order to have heat.
This hotel made me feel practical: It met both our business and personal needs. We needed a desk to work on business matters and the kitchen helped us to keep down the expenses of eating out. We bought groceries and had all breakfasts and most dinners in our room.
