57 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The rates were fair but the room was seedy and badly in need of an upgrade of carpet, drapes, bedspread, etc. The light bulbs didn't work and the toilet kept running. If you can afford a better place, go there.

I am a disabled smoker. They put all smokers on the third floor so I had to take a first floor room because of my disability and go outside to smoke.

The only thing I didn't like was the absence of shampoo or conditioner in the shower. This must've been overlooked by the cleaning staff. Having a kitchenette in the room was an unexpected plus and we did use the refrigerator even though we were only there one night. Also, being a smoker, it was nice that the windows actually opened for fresh air.
